Our global network of trainers have been screened for specific core competencies and certified to consistently deliver training of the highest quality. We certify our facilitators using a multi-phase certification process that includes multiple interviews, conducting reference checks, attendance at our Trainer Mastery program, observation of programs, co-facilitation with a master facilitator and client feedback. Most of our contractors have worked with us for more than 12 years.

We actively manage and develop members of our global consulting network, holding development meetings, certification sessions and coaching sessions. Our facilitators and trainers meet standards for business practices and use our skill-based training methodology.
