Built a set of agenda and tools for managers to use in facilitating meetings before, during and after acquisition of a competitor organization which doubled the revenue of the organization and doubled the headcount. Topics included: checking in on engagement, building common ways of working, creating team operating agreements, integrating knowledge and creating team alignment.
Created and implemented a senior team alignment process for a global manufacturer to support change in several key executive roles. Process included one-on-one change and transition coaching, 3 facilitated alignment workshops and involvement of next-level down leaders.
Created a remote leadership curriculum with micro-learning videos and infographics to support 5,000 leaders in an organization who had never had a remote or hybrid workforce. The set of micro-learning materials had 9 topical areas and were fully branded to the organization and designed and produced in three weeks, using an agile design process and daily stand up meetings with the client’s team.
Created a set of video and SCORM learning to explain policies and practices such as executive compensation, excess retirement plan savings options, management representation and other topics to support the a merger of two global defense subcontractor organizations. Videos also included infographics and communication flyers fully branded to new corporate communication guidelines for the merged organization.
