SyNet is proud to announce that, in collaboration with GE HealthCare, it has received a prestigious Gold Brandon Hall Group Award for Excellence in learning and development with the "Best Senior Manager Development Program." The recognition honors the design and delivery of a highly acclaimed leader development program created by the PPS International Limited (SyNet Americas) design team.
The multi-modality program challenges experienced leaders to reflect on and refine their leadership identity and brand. By combining skills assessments, personal reflection and journaling, self-study, social learning and instructor-led training, the program provides a comprehensive approach to leader development.
A hallmark of the program is its capstone experience, where each participant presents to their cohort, setting personal intentions for the continued development of their leadership identity and brand.
“I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for yours and SyNet’s support on this submission. It has been a labor of love, and I am thrilled to have this recognition for the team and for you as our partner,” said Todd Harrison, VP Global Leadership Academies at GE HealthCare.
This is the third win for SyNet for designs built by the PPS International Limited (SyNet Americas) design team, led by J. David Jarvis. In 2024, the team won a Bronze award for "Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program" and a Gold award for "Best Use of Blended Learning" for the design of the Johnson & Johnson Digital Upskilling at J&J program.
