Winner for Design of Innovative Leader Development Program with GE HealthCare

September 2025 – SyNet is proud to announce that, in collaboration with GE HealthCare, it has received a prestigious Brandon Hall Group Award for Excellence in Learning and Development. The recognition honors the design and delivery of a highly acclaimed leader development program created by the PPS International Limited (SyNet Americas) design team.

The multi-modality program challenges experienced leaders to reflect on and refine their leadership identity and brand. By combining skills assessments, personal reflection and journaling, self-study, social learning and instructor-led training, the program provides a comprehensive approach to leader development.

A hallmark of the program is its capstone experience, where each participant presents to their cohort, setting personal intentions for the continued development of their leadership identity and brand.
