The project purpose was to advance digital acumen, increase the use of generative AI tools and develop data literacy by guiding employees through a blended learning journey that includes education, hands-on experiences and peer engagement.
The client sought to build employee engagement and foster a culture of innovation, agility and future readiness.
PPS International Limited collaborated with the organization’s digital technical experts to create a blended learning journey including preparatory activities, virtual instructor-led training and experiential learning activities presented as a “GenAI Playground.”
The content was customized to illustrate the organization’s proprietary generative AI tools and post-program application activities engaged the participants to leverage these tools in their workflows.
