We offer a comprehensive library of off-the-shelf programs (more than 50) to develop supervisors, managers, individual contributors, teams, sales and HR and training professionals. For those that need tailored solutions, we have strong instructional design capabilities—with the ability to build experiential activities, simulations, workshops, distance learning and support tools.

Our network of facilitators is second-to-none, with an average of 15 years of facilitation experience, expansive certifications, vast industry-specific knowledge and the ability to deliver in any of more than 11 languages. These consultants facilitate groups of 6 to 200, in person and across distance, including participants from individual contributor level up to executives, on topics such as communication, leadership, management, innovation, change management, sales, working virtually, cross-cultural competence, dealing with difficult situations, performance management, coaching and much more.

We offer assessments that can be used in coaching, training programs, team building events and selection including Interaction Style profiles, 360 inventories, Harrison Assessments, eQi, DiSC, Hogan, Insights Discovery and more.

KELLY FAIRBAIRN - PRESIDENT

Manages global administration operations, strategic instructional design and client partnerships. A former HR Director with real-world experience in organizations and 20+ years talent development experience.

ALEX GRIMSHAW - MANAGING PARTNER

Acts as global Chief Learning Officer. For more than 25 years has facilitated globally on wide-range of topics geared to improve leadership effectiveness—especially during times of change.

JANET LANGLEY - VP OPERATIONS

Supports operations with responsibilities for client services and vendor management, processes, materials management and PPS’ assessment center. Provides support for design, project management and program logistical support.

KAYLA BURNS - DIRECTOR OF CONSULTANT OPERATIONS

Manages engagement and development of consultant network. Responsibilities include special projects, consultant network management, and global process alignment.

SHANE KANARA - PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Our friend and colleague Shane Kanara passed away on April 1, 2024, after a brief illness.

Shane joined PPS on January 9, 2023, and made quite an impact in his time here. He was always quick to help, had a ‘can do’ attitude and was ever willing to learn. Shane had a steady and calming manner and a quirky sense of humor that lightened the load for us, especially during times of pressure. He will be greatly missed.

A former leader of global learning & development for two multinational organizations. Provides strategic oversight to design & development of learning solutions to ensure alignment and performance impact.

AGA PARKER - PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Collaborates with our clients to coordinate the various aspects of their programs.  Also, support our DiSC and SOLO IS Assessments Team and help orchestrate smooth and efficient order processing and the effective coordination of DiSC workshops and webinars globally.
