Making Clear Agreements

Learn the process of dialoguing and delegating that increases the likelihood of agreements being made realistically and that they will be kept.

As opportunities and problems arise in the workplace, leaders select individuals to take on projects or handle specific tasks. In the process of this delegation, these leaders need to empower people with the responsibility, authority, direction and information and resources necessary to be successful. Perhaps even more important is that these leaders dialogue with employees to ensure buy in to the agreements. This process of dialoguing and delegating increases the likelihood of agreements being made realistically and that they will be kept.
