Local and Global Delivery
We offer a global delivery network that allows us to offer high-quality training in multiple languages using local trainers and facilitators to keep costs low and skill-transfer high.
Our global network of trainers have been screened for specific core competencies and certified to consistently deliver training of the highest quality. The consultants we have identified have training and consulting expertise in many industries. Partners are located in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia and Latin America.
For the delivery of facilitated training, we subcontract to independent contractors. We certify these facilitators using a multi-phase certification process that includes multiple interviews, conducting reference checks, attendance at our Trainer Mastery program, observation of programs, co-facilitation with a master facilitator and client feedback. Most of our contractors have worked with us for 12+ years.
We actively manage and develop members of our global consulting network, holding face-to-face development meetings, certification sessions and coaching sessions. Our SyNet affiliates meet standards for business practices and use our skill-based training methodology. All our international trainers are multi-lingual and speak fluent English.
To ensure our trainers and facilitators understand their assignments we conduct project briefings and certification programs. This ensures our clients receive three things—regardless of where the project is implemented:

Contract Trainers for Your Programs
Some clients benefit from expanding their internal reach by certifying external trainers to deliver their own programs. Our facilitators and trainers are available to deliver your proprietary programs as an extension of your Talent Development or Learning team.
