# Agentic AI Shark Tank: Agentic AI Workshop

AI & Digital | Change & Transition

## Course Overview

The Agentic AI Shark Tank Challenge is an intensive, practical immersion program designed to accelerate organizational AI fluency and active leadership sponsorship. Moving beyond theoretical enthusiasm, this hands-on initiative challenges participants to solve real work friction points by building, testing and pitching working agentic AI prototypes and defensible business cases to executive “Sharks.”

### Format & Length

- Customization runway: an ideal six-week planning runway to tailor key content and assets so participants work on business-relevant applications
- Workshop: a minimum four-hour or full-day workshop and agent build session
- Team structure: teams operate in five distinct roles (Team Facilitator, Pain Point Analyst, Agent Builder, Rubric Evaluator, Pitch Writer/Presenter) that mirror an enterprise innovation squad

### Audience

- Cross-functional employees seeking to drive transformation and solve challenges with agentic AI
- Innovation squads formed to solve real work friction points
- Leadership development participants working alongside executive “Sharks” (such as CIOs, CTOs and CISOs)

### Methods

- Live interactive workshop
- Hands-on software configuration (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio or approved enterprise AI tools)
- Business case build
- Executive pitch sessions
- Active Q&A with senior leaders
