Professional Presence

In business today, our internal and external customers have a high standard for how you interact with them and the use of their time.

In business today, our internal and external customers have a high standard for how you interact with them and the use of their time. We all know individuals who have a “presence” or way of interacting that is professional, assertive and, most of all, effective. This presence is made up of a variety of factors including how they communicate, the media they use to communicate, their body language, how well they adapt to your needs and even the content of messages left on voicemail and e-mail. This program focuses on creating a forum for individuals in the workplace to evaluate their communication skills, their use of communication media and their presence in terms of assertiveness.
