Organizations who manage the leadership development of their workforce produce greater results with less effort than their competitors. Sometimes, the most difficult aspect of developing leaders is how to formally structure a program that both stretches those with high performance and capability and allows for self-reflection that is necessary for growth. In this program, high potentials with leadership responsibilities are facilitated through an individual growth process, allowing for reflection, skill-building and engagement.
